Professional Bio

Martha Bradshaw is the Executive Director of Global Service Transformation for Johnson Controls, Inc. In her role she is responsible for the delivery of strategic initiatives on our Digital Service Transformation Platforms roadmap which continuously evolve to respond to market needs, customer expectations, and new technology. Prior to this, Martha lead the strategy, design, and deployment of the end-to-end service delivery program driving consistent employee and customer experience across all North American business units. She has also led our Globalization efforts by establishing the first customer facing offshore center in Clark, Philippines. She's held several management roles in Field Programs, Supply Chain, Six Sigma, and had P&L ownership of a $35M organization. Martha earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Regis University, CO. She holds certifications as a Master Black Belt and Project Management Professional and is based out of Denver, Colorado. Martha's most important and fulfilling roles are wife and mother. She looks forward to the next chapter of her life as her eldest moves away to college in the Fall of 2022.
