Marli Enterprises was formed in 2021 by majority owner, Lisa Collins and partner, Mark Hessling, to research and launch a franchised fast casual dining experience. We are expecting to open our first location in the Denver Tech Center area in mid-July 2022. Despite having no direct industry experience, Lisa brings 20 years of financial and operations experience to the business. Mark brings 30+ years of marketing, content creation and visual media production experience to our team.
