Jana Norman is a CEO and founder of Income Gain Solutions, a full-service bookkeeping firm in Arvada, Colorado. IGS was founded as a source for proactive strategic accounting and cash flow solutions. As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Jana Norman has been meeting the accounting needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs for the past 20 years. She specializes in bookkeeping for small and emerging businesses concerned with accurate financials and customizes services to fit each client, accurately and timely producing financial reports based on strategies developed to generate as much cash flow as possible.
Jana got her start in the accounting industry when she was in high school, where she took over all the financials for her family’s farm. During this time, she determined pain points and was able to implement objectives for them to achieve their financial goals. Additionally, she was able to graduate from the University of Northern Colorado in two and a half years with a bachelor’s degree of Health & Human Sciences for Criminal Justice and a minor in Legal Studies. Throughout college, Jana interned with the Colorado Public Defenders Office. Afterwards, Jana served as an accountant, inventory controller, and office manager for a major plastics manufacturer and distribution company. She wore many hats and was able to implement processes and ideas that increased workflow.
After many years of helping small companies with their financial needs, Jana started Income Gain Solutions in 2018. Jana’s experience working with small businesses and individual clients has allowed her to easily navigate the financial world, giving her clients the accuracy and transparency of bookkeeping services in order to analyze their objectives to fulfill their long-term and short-term goals.
