Professional Bio
Service and empathy are a defining part of my life, from leading anti-trafficking activist groups to anti-racism training at my workplace and faith community. I am driven by the success of the individuals and teams I work with, which draws me to client success and project management. I am thrilled when listening to the needs of others, mind whirring as we put the puzzle pieces together to reach their successful outcome. I taught myself Salesforce and created systems and reports to support our team in achieving their partnership goals. I have a strong track record in understanding desired outcomes and advising staff and clients on how best to facilitate those outcomes. I worked with non-tech-savvy colleagues to develop Salesforce into a tool that met their specific department’s needs and trained them on how to get the most out of it. I spent the last eight years enabling international trucking companies, associations, and transportation industry tech companies to grow their anti-trafficking impact and brand using our tools. I managed and executed over 188 events with companies fostering partnership retention and increased involvement. I collaborated with internal and external teams to launch a podcast, create and update an app, then made sure partners knew the tools best suited for our shared success leading partnerships to their next level. I am looking to apply my detail-oriented analysis and planning skills to a larger team, fine-tune my methods for the tech industry and grow to mentor and train others to excel in these roles. Passions: anti-racism, cats, team building, ice breakers Hobbies: D&D, reading fantasy or sci-fi, yoga, hammocking, backpacking
